Matthew Girandola

Mr. Girandola serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Madryn Asset Management, LP. He is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the firm, including fund governance, investor relations, and regulatory oversight.

Prior to joining Madryn, Mr. Girandola was a partner at a leading law firm specializing in investment management and private funds, where he advised hedge funds, private equity funds, and credit funds on formation, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.
